Clinical Risk Management Plan

Clinical Risk Management Plan - One of the three documents that manufacturers and healthcare organisations are required to create when they design and implement health IT systems. The document (often simply called the 'Plan') sets out the activities which a manufacturer or healthcare organisation intends to undertake in order to assure the system and proactively manage any clinical risk.
